station, full buffet with homemade desserts

at Chop’s we know you have many dining choices
between Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. We
seek to offer, you the customer, specific reasons
to dine with us. For the Clayton, Garner, Smithfield
and Cleveland patrons we are the nearest fine
dining premium steakhouse in the area that
saves you from dealing with the traffic and
congestion of Raleigh. For the many guests
who come from the Triangle, Wilson, Rocky Mount
and Wake Forest we are the only area restaurant
to 21 day dry age our beef on premise and hand
cut our steaks daily. We cut bone in steaks
in house on our meat saw where most others
buy precut packaged steaks that are wet aged.
The dry aging both intensifies flavor and brings
forth a tenderness unsurpassed in ordinary steaks.
The process is time consuming, costly and takes great
skill but once you experience the difference dry
aging makes, you will think Chop’s whenever you
crave a tender flavorful steak cooked just right.
So many steakhouses place their focus only on their
beef and do other dishes as an afterthought. We are
known also for our freshly caught fish and shrimp
dishes as well as offering South African lobster
tails. We offer them both on their own or paired
with any of our steaks for a truly special dining
experience. Not to mention our other menu items such
as pork chops, chicken and handmade pasta dishes.
Such variety in a comfortable atmosphere will continue
to draw our customers from near and far.
